Haley is a Texas native who moved to Oregon in 2020. Her affinity for nature and science has had a major influence on her career, and she honed her business acumen in the retail sector. Most recently, Haley helped grow a retail cannabis company from one location to five in just four years. She started as a store manager and was ultimately named director of operations and IT. In this role, Haley led a team, provided technical and operational support, developed procedures and trainings, dialed in regulatory and compliance standards, and created systems and structures from scratch.
During her time in the retail cannabis industry, Haley began to dive deeper into using data to drive informed business decisions. This interest evolved into a passion for data science and analytics, which she uses in her role at Air Sciences.
Haley graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys playing music and tennis, hanging out with her dog, hiking, kayaking, and camping.
